Children's Day and Universal Children's Day is a day dedicated to brotherhood and understanding among the world's children and for activities to promote the welfare and rights of children worldwide.
In 1954, the UN General Assembly United recommended that all countries institute a Universal Children's Day and suggested that state governments to celebrate this day, on the date that each considers appropriate. The UN celebrates the day on 20 November, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration on the Rights of the Child in 1959 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989.
In Mexico we celebrate this day on 30 April. The parents give their children a present (hopefully not a pet without having tested it), there are celebrations in schools, markets, parks, etc.
And since this blog is dedicated to animals, why not celebrate our furry children? =).
Most of our pets are playful, mischievous, very active, loving, sleepy ... are like children!. We must also celebrate today is not it?.
So take that today is Saturday and go together for a long walk and calm if possible and with great caution, let it run a while off leash and outdoors, give much attention, hugs and kisses, let it sleep on your side (even for today ^ ^), give them A new bed (if that is no longer in very good condition), prepare your favorite food, apapachalo and love her very much.
Another good choice to celebrate your furry child is to be launched today or tomorrow April 30 to May 1 Expo Green Expo at the Stadium Azteca because it can get there with your pet!.
The fun will be starting from 10am and will enjoy the display of snakes, make use of the inflatables and participate in various competitions.
Sunday morning made the display of search and rescue dogs, and competence in various disciplines.
addition, the event will be a gateway for adoption at the pet parade looking to be part of a family with an educational farm where learning is combined with a love of animals and conferences address diversity issues, where the protagonists are animals.
To close this post dedicated to our furry children, have you ever wanting to take a picture to remember, someone has gone "cast" in it?. Surely we have repeatedly past but it gets pretty funny when that "cast" is an animal: P. We leave these "photobombs", hope you like them.
