Vegetarian Recipes - Skewers



Kebabs are served meals, strung on a skewer (kebab). Generally is a mixture of vegetables and meat. Here we bring you a vegetarian version.


Ingredients

- 1 green pepper and red
- 1 Eggplant
- 1 Pumpkin
- Mushrooms
- 1 lemon

Oil - Salt and pepper
- Skewers


Procedure

Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Cut the eggplant into squares, add salt and let stand for half an hour.

Cut the peppers into pieces about the size of the pictures of eggplant. Cut the pumpkin into slices not too thick or too thin.

Put all the vegetables in a bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper, oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

Go stringing pieces of vegetables and mushrooms, trying to alternate colors are attractive.

Turn oven to 200 ยบ C and before placing the skewers, add the remaining marinade in the bowl and leave to bake about half, ending your homework on the grill until golden brown.


* The oven can be omitted if previously kicked the vegetables in a pan. You can also add pieces of onion, pineapple, soy meat, carrots, etc. There are plenty of vegetables and / or fruit that you can combine together and create your own vegetarian kebabs.
